The Virtues Project strategies are used throughout the world in education, in social work, in the justice system, in business - anywhere where we work alongside and with others and wish to bring them to the best that is possible.

You will learn how to:

Build authentic self esteem in yourself and others.
Use 5 empowering strategies for teaching, parenting, mentoring, guiding and coaching.
Use 10 guidelines for setting clear boundaries to create the culture you wish to work/live in.
Cultivate respect and responsibility.
Value and appreciate diversity.
Resolve conflict peacefully.

Course Dates for 2006:

11th and 12th February
22nd and 23rd April
1st and 2nd July

Venue:
New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand
New Plymouth is a comfortable and very pleasant 5 hour drive from Auckland, and 4 hours from Wellington.
Local accommodation ranges from back packers to boutique hotels with a wide range of café and other eating places.

Course Times:
Day 1 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Day 2 9 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.

Course fee:
$240 payable 7 days in advance

This 2-day workshop is an overview of Virtues Project applications.  Participants will have an opportunity for personal development, will receive tools to empower themselves and their children, as well as skills to address the spiritual dimension in counselling, family life, teaching and organisational development.  This course is a great ‘refresher’ for those who have done Virtues Project work in the past, and it satisfies the initial 2 days required in the 5-day Virtues Project Facilitator training.  Participants will learn –

Ellen and Sheldon Ramer - Master Facilitators
 
The Facilitator Intensive is an in-depth experience of the principles, practices and strategies of The Virtues Project that enables the participants to more fully grasp its significance, deepen their understanding of the five strategies to the point that it can become a part of their lives, and learn how to communicate it effectively to others.  Successful completion of this course is acknowledged by certificate and registration with Virtues Project International.
 
Open only to participants who have completed a two-day Introductory Virtues Project Workshop or equivalent.
 
Cost:  $395.00 per person
